- 2 years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing at a SaaS company with ownership of pipeline metrics
- 2 years of experience working with a PLG product or a company transitioning from self-serve/freemium to enterprise sales
- Practical experience with ABM tools like 6sense Demandbase or Terminus
- Ability to independently build and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn Ads Google Ads and review platforms like G2 or Capterra
- Strong skills in SQL or BI tools for custom reporting with an understanding of multi-touch attribution models
- Builder mentality strategic and executional range and strong collaboration and communication skills
