ملخص الوظيفة

Our client is a well-established and fully regulated online casino operator with an international presence and a strong reputation within the iGaming industry. As the company continues to grow across multiple regulated markets they are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their leadership team in Israel.

This is a strategic and hands-on executive position responsible for leading the companys financial operations regulatory financial compliance reporting forecasting treasury management and long-term financial planning.

Lead and oversee all financial operations of the company and its group entities.

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the companys business objectives.

Manage budgeting forecasting cash flow planning and financial modeling.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory financial tax and reporting requirements across regulated jurisdictions.

Prepare and present financial reports board reports and management information to senior stakeholders and shareholders.

Oversee treasury management banking relationships payment providers and liquidity planning.

Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors tax advisors and regulatory bodies.

Monitor financial performance identify risks and implement appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.

Develop and maintain robust financial policies procedures and internal controls.

Partner with operational departments to support business growth profitability and efficiency initiatives.

Manage and mentor the finance team while fostering a high-performance culture.

Support M&A activities corporate structuring licensing applications and expansion into new regulated markets where required.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CFO Finance Director VP Finance or senior finance executive within the online casino iGaming betting or highly regulated financial services industry.
Strong understanding of financial reporting budgeting forecasting treasury management and corporate finance.
Experience working within regulated environments and dealing with regulatory reporting requirements.
Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and financial controls.
Experience managing audits tax compliance and multi-jurisdiction financial operations.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing finance teams.
Excellent analytical strategic planning and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
CPA ACCA ACA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Fluent English required; Hebrew is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience within a regulated online casino or iGaming operator.
Experience managing financial operations across multiple international jurisdictions.
Familiarity with PSPs payment processing reconciliation processes and gaming-related financial reporting.
Experience supporting rapid-growth or international expansion businesses.
