• Animation Production: Create UI in-game art elements and prop animations from concept to final implementation using Spine.
• On new features plan and produce the animations assigned to you working with the PM designer and developers to implement them in the right engine (Unity Spine 3D or After Effects).
• Explore how AI tools can speed up your process and improve animation quality.
• Communicate closely with tech artists stakeholders and development teams throughout production to make sure your animations integrate seamlessly into the game.
• Quality: Make sure your animations meet the studios quality bar and artistic vision staying coherent with the games animation style and creative direction.
• Take part in review sessions incorporate feedback and iterate on your work until its ready to ship.
• Ownership: Own the studios animation process day to day planning your own work flagging risks early and keeping the Art and Product Directors updated on progress.
• Collaboration & Research: Take part in the studios efforts to learn from other Playtika studios and bring good practices into your own work.
