Process Re-Engineering Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and redesign banking processes to improve efficiency performance and customer experience.
Evaluate data KPIs and operational metrics to identify issues and drive corrective actions.
Lead process transformation and automation initiatives in collaboration with business and technology
teams.
Drive change management ensuring smooth adoption through stakeholder engagement and
communication.
Support continuous improvement using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen.
Develop and maintain process documentation SOPs and deliver employee training.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and assess impact on risk efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications :

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business administration Management Industrial Engineering Finance or related
field.
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma Kaizen or BPM are a plus.
3-5 years experience in Process Re-engineering Business Analysis Automation or Continuous
Improvement.
Minimum 5 years of banking experience.
. Proven track record in delivering successful process transformation initiatives within the banking sector.
