External Transfers Management Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process customer requests on the banks systems after verifying the accuracy and completeness of all required information and supporting documents.
• Accurately submit customer requests to the central banking system following a thorough validation of data and attachments.
• Monitor pending remittances and maintain communication with customers to ensure timely resolution.
• Follow up on pending transactions within the electronic system and coordinate with customers and relevant departments to facilitate settlement and completion.
• Respond to inquiries from regulatory authorities and correspondent banks in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle communications with regulatory bodies and correspondent banks using precise banking terminology and in compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
• Maintain organized records of all transaction-related documentation.
• Perform electronic archiving of files using the banks approved systems ensuring documents are properly classified according to transaction type and date.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics or any other relevant field.

A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
