Cards Issueing Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process requests related to the issuance of all types of Visa cards (Credit Debit and Prepaid Cards) review applications verify supporting documents and ensure compliance with approval authorities and eligibility requirements.
• Perform card operations including issuance reissuance renewal cancellation blocking and OTP activation code requests for all types of credit cards through the card management system ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
• Process credit card limit increases and decreases in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
• Conduct manual credit card payment settlements for customers when required.
• Register and maintain issued credit cards on the ICBS system.
• Maintain proper filing and archiving of applications and internal/external dispatch documents.
• Coordinate with E-Gate by sending card printing requests and following up on any delays in card production and delivery.
• Contact bank customers regarding transactions suspected of being fraudulent in line with approved guidelines and instructions.
• Ensure the proper delivery of printed credit cards through the designated dispatch and tracking process.
• Generate and provide daily card account statements and transaction reports upon branch requests.
• Monitor and respond to emails from bank branches and head office departments regarding card activation cancellation blocking and related requests.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on operational activities and workflow progress to the direct supervisor and department manager.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Finance and Banking Accounting or an equivalent field

0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
