They were able to create a legacy project named Creek Town designed by the legendary Hany Saad to elevate buildings and landscapes to match lifestyles of their clientele. The need to create a new identity came from wanting to go international and create a brand that can easily fit in the global market. Il Cazar is an international name inspired by the great Caesar reflecting a bolder leap into launching 3 projects after Creek Town, promising branded projects with international standard of excellence in every detail. Our aim is to rule and conquer the industry reflected by our selective affordable luxurious projects. Il Cazar’s new brand was a year of constant brand development and strategy consulting with Longe Black, Egypt’s Finest Luxury Brands’ Designers, to offer a timeless brand that matches all levels of niche experiences offered at the developments properties. Il Cazar is the ultimate rebranding for Go Khouzam; with a brand name that is bold, elegant and has a luxurious sound to it. The goal behind the rebranding was to familiarize people with a more international brand name that reflects the vision and new perspective of the already established and experienced developer.
