The Human Resources Manager originates, implements and leads HR practices and policies, in alignment with business objectives, that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. To be successful in this role, the individual will have demonstrated experience partnering with employees at all levels of the organization, effective and timely resolution of employee relations issues, assurance of compliance within practices/policies and a focus on process improvement. Experience and knowledge of companies in change including culture and growth is critical.
