About us

Naseem AlAndalos is a Bahraini fashion house creating luxury kaftans prêt-à-couture and couture. Every piece is made in our atelier in Bahrain from the first hand-drawn sketch and hand-cut pattern to the final fitting.

The role

We are looking for experienced tailors to sew luxury kaftans evening wear and couture pieces in our atelier.

What youll do

• Sew garments from start to finish following patterns samples and the designers instructions
• Work with fine and delicate fabrics such as silk satin and chiffon
• Make alterations and adjustments after client fittings
• Finish seams hems linings and closures to a high standard
• Keep your work area organised and meet production deadlines

What were looking for

• At least 3 years experience as a tailor in an atelier couture house or high-end workshop
• Strong sewing skills by machine and by hand
• Experience with kaftans abayas jalabiyas or evening wear is a strong advantage
• Careful attention to detail and clean finishing

Please note

We are a hand-craft atelier. We do not use digital or automated production.
