Our client is a fin-tech company based in Bahrain looking for a Senior Full stack Engineer to help us build scalable maintainable and well-architected products that accelerate delivery and reduce time to this role you will contribute across backend services web platforms and mobile applications working within a modern microservices architecture while shaping DevOps practices promoting test-driven development and enhancing observability across the engineering organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain scalable backend microservices using .NET / .NET Core.
- Build and maintain modern frontend web applications using React Angular or similar frameworks.
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Collaborate with product design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality end-to-end customer experiences across the web and mobile.
- Apply TDD and industry-leading engineering practices across frontend backend and mobile development.
- Work with AWS cloud services to deploy scale and operate applications.
- Ensure robust observability across systems including monitoring logging tracing and alerting.
- Containerize applications using Docker and work with modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize application performance scalability security and maintainability. Mentor junior software engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in software engineering including strong hands-on experience in backend and frontend development.
- Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core and microservices architecture.
- Proven experience building frontend applications using React Angular Vue Flutter Web or equivalent modern technologies**.
- Experience developing mobile/web applications using Flutter / Dart. Strong understanding of TDD design patterns and clean code principles.
- Practical experience with AWS cloud services.
- Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs system integration and modern application architecture.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and strong product-minded thinking.
- Deep understanding of observability practices including logs metrics and distributed tracing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment.
- A mindset focused on automation reliability and enhancing developer experience.
- Experience with serverless architectures.
- Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka SQS etc.) and async processing.
- Experience with TypeScript frontend testing frameworks or design systems.
- Exposure to Kubernetes or infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
Required Skills:
5 years of experience in marketing roles with at least 23 years in a leadership capacity Strong background in B2B digital services consulting tech or venture ecosystems Proven experience managing and leading external marketing agencies Solid understanding of digital marketing demand generation and brand strategy Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus) What Success Looks Like Clear consistent brand positioning across all entities High-performing agencies delivering measurable results Marketing directly supporting revenue growth and business objectives Strong visibility and credibility within the startup tech and innovation ecosystem Marketing operating as a strategic growth engine not a support function
