Sales Executive (Hospitality Experience)

Position Purpose

To provide Sales administration support to the Commercial Manager and be engaged in pro-active and re-active selling activities to exceed owner expectations concerning revenue generation and market share.

Fluent in Arabic & English language is mandatory

Communicate pro-actively clearly and constructively with other team members to help deliver great guest experiences at our hotel

Roll up your sleeves and help in other departments during busy periods and as required spend at least 30 minutes per day assisting colleagues in Guest Operations e.g. F&B service stewarding housekeeping front office

At the start of your work day check in with the Guest Operations Manager to learn where your helping hand will be needed most.

Provide constructive suggestions/feedback to your Line Manager on products processes and procedures to contribute to our continuous improvement efforts

Be aware of planned team meetings and learning sessions and attend as required

Volunteer to participate in company campaigns like Travel with Purpose or Team Member committees

Execute any other duties as assigned by the Chief Host and / or Commercial Manager

Sales Specifics

• Support the Commercial Manager and / or Sales Manager by executing assigned commercial & Sales tasks dutifully and with a high degree of passion for selling
• Compile and create commercial reports and statistics on request of the Commercial Manager
• Plan and execute detailed action plans to support revenue generation in your assigned customer segment and beat the competition
• Support the Commercial Manager administratively when preparing budgets strategy plans forecasts or marketing / PR plans
• Actively and independently manage allocated accounts to achieve high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Help to ensure that all rates are loaded correctly in systems / channels
• Invest time in searching for innovative approaches to generate revenue (also in F&B) sharing them on a regular basis with the Commercial Manager
