Receptionist

Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is looking for a professional and guest-focused Receptionist to join our Front Office team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism ensuring a memorable arrival and departure experience.
• Handle check-in check-out room reservations and guest inquiries efficiently.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with other departments to ensure exceptional service.
• Handle telephone calls emails and guest correspondence professionally.
• Maintain Front Office standards in line with Sofitel and Accor brand expectations.
• Ensure confidentiality of guest information and compliance with hotel procedures.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Agent in a hotel environment.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Opera Cloud is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
