About us

Naseem AlAndalos is a Bahraini fashion house creating luxury kaftans prêt-à-couture and couture. Every piece is made in our atelier in Bahrain from the first hand-drawn sketch and hand-cut pattern to the final fitting.

The role

We are looking for handwork specialists to make handmade trims cords tassels belts and other decorative details for our luxury kaftans and couture pieces.

What youll do

• Make handmade trims cords tassels belts and other decorative details
• Follow the designers sketches samples and placement guides
• Keep patterns tension and sizing consistent across each piece
• Work carefully with fine threads cords and delicate materials
• Check finished handwork for quality before it moves to the next stage

What were looking for

• At least 3 years experience making handmade trims cords tassels belts or similar decorative handwork
• Neat precise and consistent handwork
• Experience with kaftans couture or bridal wear is an advantage
• Patience and a strong eye for detail

Please note

This is a handwork role not a sewing or stitching role. All our decorative work is made by hand.
