Title: Sourcing Recruiter (Contract)

Location: Remote/Virtual

Terms: 1099 Contract Only

Overview:

Calibrate North is a small outsourced recruiting company based in the DC Metro Area. Due to increased client demand, we are seeking to bring on a part-time Sourcing Recruiter. This person should be highly professional, with good business acumen and a strong understanding of full life-cycle recruiting for a variety of industries.

Ideally, the Sourcing Recruiter should be able to understand how to think strategically when it comes to talent acquisition and customer interactions. Because this role is part-time, this person will be given a fair amount of flexibility but it will require strong communication and accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates based on assigned reqs
  
• Leverage recruitment tools and network to identify qualified talent in the market
  
• Properly screen candidates and present most qualified to assigned positions
  
• Work directly with internal team to understand reqs, challenges and discuss strategies for success
  

Requirements

A minimum of one year of Technical Sourcing / Recruiting experience gained from working within a 3rd party staffing organization.

Experience using recruiting tools such as (i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task

Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to interact and develop networks in a professional manner

Prior experience sourcing for technical roles in the cleared space, preferably in the Federal/Government Contracting environment
