We are seeking anHR Coordinatorto support our recruiting and operations departments as our team continues to grow. This role will be split between HR related tasks and administrative support. Here are some of the crucial functions performed by the successfulHR Coordinatorat SkyView:
· Approving payrollincluding PTO documentation and referral bonus payouts
· Tracking important employee events such as anniversary dates, birthdays, and benefits qualifying dates
· Real Estate licensing compliance for SVA Sales team
· Event planning / tradeshow assistance
· SharePoint and LMS Organization
· Assist in Vendor Relationships
· Scheduling travel and reimbursement for remote operations employees
· Maintain ownership over future shared workspace management
· Provide administrative support to Ops, Marketing, Finance, and Sales departments as needed
Requirements
Our idealHR Coordinatorpossesses the following characteristics and skills:
· Previous experience with HRM and/or ATS systems
· The drive to achieve and a desire for professional growth
· Experience in cultivating long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
· The willingness to embrace SkyViewâs proprietary & proven approach to investment sales
· A track-record of success in prior professional and academic experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills
· Alignment with our core values of:Innovation, Accountability, Resiliency, Preparation, & Details Matter
This will be a remote role, but there might be occasional local requirements. As such, we are targeting candidates local to the Tampa Bay Area.
