Position: FileNet Administrator

Responsibilities

1) Analyzing, developing, modifying, installing, testing, and maintaining operating systems software;

2) Evaluating vendor supplied software packages and making recommendations to IT management;

3) Managing Oracle and Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) server environments;

4) Providing systems administration of Microsoft servers;

5) Analyzing system logs, identifying potential issues with production application and handling war room situations;

6) Performing IBM FileNet performance tuning and working with IBM customer support to troubleshoot production issues;

7) Managing FileNet administration and performance tuning in Azure;

8) Creating workflows using Oracle in Azure;

9) Administration of FileNet P8, Content Management, and Process Engine (PE);

10) Managing OpenText RightFax environment for receiving faxes;

11) Managing Quality Assurance Schedule (QAS) environment for address validation and troubleshooting production issues;

12) Performing periodic maintenance of Genesys Call recording and providing support during business hours;

13) Supporting the central document intake users by troubleshooting imaging software issues (i.e.: DataCap, etc.);

14) Monitoring application interfaces and troubleshooting Globalscape issues;

15) Providing support to UC4 users and troubleshooting batch failure issues;

16) Upgrading Brava Client and providing support to Brava users;

17) Monitoring Blazon servers and working with support to resolve production issues;

18) Managing ScaleOut SessionServer cluster software;

19) Providing support to production HP suite environment through use of tools such as HP Diagnostics, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Sitescope, Performance Center, and Business Service Management (BSM);

20) Managing System Application and Products in Data Processing (SAP) Business

Suites such as the SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence environment, SAP

Business Objects Data Services Professional, and SAP Business Objects Enterprise Premium;

21) Monitoring antivirus infrastructure and scheduling periodic server security software updates;

22) Managing F5 load balancer, setting up virtual servers, pools, nodes and troubleshooting production issues;

23) Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes;

24) Working in a team environment;

25) Managing multiple tasks and small projects, as well as service requests and incident resolution;

26) Planning and managing server and storage virtualization, setting up/configuring servers, and creating storage pools and Fibre Channel (FC) switch zoning;

27) Matching on premises software with Azure;

28) Performing hardware maintenance on, but not limited to: HP server chassis

HPC7000, Virtual Connect, EMC VNX5600, and OpenText Fax Gateway;

29) Installing and preparing technical documentation for system and software applications;

30) Updating, developing, and executing disaster recovery procedures; and

31) Providing 24/7 on call support including weekend on call support.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience;

2) A minimum of three (3) years of business and/or ERP implementation experience;

3) Experience with systems and database administration;

4) A minimum of two (2) years of programming/systems analysis experience;

5) Experience with Connect, uFACTS, or similar Unemployment Compensation (UC) system;

6) Experience with Operating systems (Microsoft and Linux);

7) Experience with Azure Administration;

8) Relational database experience with Oracle, or SQL Server;

9) Understanding of N Tier Architecture;

10) Experience with large infrastructure systems;

11) Understanding of Agile Development Methodology;

12) Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 or later;

13) Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Azure Dev. Ops;

14) Experience with SAP Crystal Reports;

15) Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF);

16) Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (web services); and

17) Experience with IBM FileNet 5.2 or later.
