Procurement Specialist

To strengthen our Tools Support Team in Procurement organization, we are looking for a specialist with technical skills related to procurement tools and systems. Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain SAP Ariba (guided buying) tools, easyProcurement, SAP Fieldglass

• Cooperate with technical IS Delivery team and external supplier

• Design and implement improvements to the tools and systems

• Master Data management – optimization of the data to improve usage of the tools and systems

• Interact with end users – Resolving technical issues, conducting trainings, providing online support

Requirements

Your background:

• University degree (Bachelor as minimum)

• Experience in Procurement Tools (SAP Ariba, Coupa) or HR (within VMS systems) or in Shared Service environment would be a strong plus

• Familiarity with Procurement and Interest in developing career in Procurement&Logistics related functions

• Proficient in business English (B2) required. Second language is a strong plus (German)

• Intermediate Excel

• Tool integration experience would be a strong plus

• Procurement platform configurations/prices/eCatalogue uploads experience would be a strong plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Analytical skills

• Troubleshooting skills

• Experience in tool improvements would be a strong benefit
