About the company: EPC / PMC in chemical / petrochemical industrial projects

Job Requirement: Civil Engineer - B.E / B.Tech or Masters with 12+ years exeprienceof Industrial project execution. The chemical plant project execution experience of Civil & structural work is preferable.

Job Role:

To executing all the site activities currently in progress for land development at the site with future project of plot development, Infrastructure facility development. Coordinate properly with vendor, contractors, consultants & team for smooth quality work.

The role incumbent is responsible to ensure: Site management for project activities, review the progress for completion of project within timeline, expedite critical activities & complete it, review & checking of quality of all the work at site maintain quality work as per company standards.

Responsibilities:

Handle the Project Related Activities of Civil & Structure on site.

Overall Site Management.

Knowledge & understanding of all the drawings issued by consultants.

Coordinate with contractors for achieving target & complete the work as per schedule.

Checking of quality of work, Maintain it on site.

Take the necessary action by mutual understanding with contractor without hampering work.

Coordination with contractor, consultants, internal team members for smooth work.

Functional | Technical Knowledge Required for this Role:

Knowledge of relevant IS Code for civil activities.

Industrial Site Experience with Green Field Plot Development.

Chemical industries experience is preferable
