UX Designer for User Interfaces (m/f/d) - remote

Tasks

As an UX Designer for User Interfaces (m/f/d), you will be responsible for delivering the best user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be designing concepts using a variety of methods and latest technology. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UX/UI design challenges by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.

Specifically, this means:

• Collecting and evaluating user requirements;
• Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from colors and fonts to the layout of menus and drop-down options etc.;
• Creation of visual screen designs;
• Optimizing existing user interface designs;
• Building UI components and working with the Scrum team to have them implemented;
• Review of implemented designs;
• Concept creation within a cross-functional team;
• Encouraging cooperation and teamwork;
• Communicating with clients to understand their business goals and objectives;
• Combining creativity with an awareness of the design elements;
• Collaborating within the Scrum team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences.

Requirements

• Around 2-5 years of experience as an UX Designer for User Interfaces (m/f/d) or similar role;
• You bring experience in design, especially interface design;
• You understand business processes and user needs;
• Knowledge of Adobe range of products;
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have:

• Ideally you have some knowledge with B2B shops;
• Experience working in a Scrum team;
• Experience with HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap;
