We are looking for a Data Analyst (m/f/d) that is curious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. As Data Analyst you will be part of an agile team that works cross-functionally on revenue operations, business intelligence and GTM strategy. In your role you will take ownership on all data-related topics. In collaboration with the marketing, sales, customer success and product teams you gather, analyze and leverage data to support our company s objectives and help the respective teams in achieving their targets. You take full responsibility for reporting to all internal and external stakeholders, implement ad-hoc requests and drive data-related initiatives.
What you will do
- Support the management team by tracking and monitoring the KPIs of our business
- Work cross-functionally and combine multiple data sources to empower different stakeholders with relevant reports and dashboards
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and derive novel insights from our data
- Develop, implement and improve our business intelligence setup to combine, structure and analyze all data generated in the different departments
Requirements
What we are looking for
- Proven experience as data analyst or business intelligence analyst in a fast pace environment such as start-up or consulting
- Great analytical skills and interest in the SaaS business model
- Experience in deriving relevant KPIs and setting up reports and dashboards, using analytics tools such as Klipfolio, Tableau, PowerBI or Google Data Studio
- Proven experience and very good knowledge in ETL processes, especially in working with multiple data sources
- Proven knowledge in Python for data analysis
- Practical experience with databases, writing complex SQL queries, data management and the AWS ecosystem (Amazon Redshift, S3 and AWS Data Pipeline)
