Job Summary
Responsible for:
Revenue Generation & Cost:
- Plan & Assist Plant Layout
- Maintain & Service for Plant Assets & Capacity utilization
- Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) for all machines & utilities
- Maintain & Calibrate the equipment as per set standard
- Record Analyze & Report machine downtime
- Control & Monitor the Repair & Maintenance cost budget
- Follow-up Plant Asset & Capacity utilization
- Identify & Act on Bottlenecks & Implement solutions
- Record Analyze & Report cost optimization/control (wastage & capacity utilization)
- Plan & Record Spares
People:
- Maintain Employee Relations
- Plan Learning & Skill development for the team
- Plan & Execute People Planning
- Comply with Occupational Health & Safety SOPs
Quality:
Maintain machines as per preventive maintenance schedule and OEM conditions
Reputation with Authorities:
- Maintain & Certification of equipment by any certification agency
- Monitor safety & utility systems
System & Processes:
- Guide & Implement Technical advice for machines/equipment
- Develop & Maintain Production process (SOPs)
- Maintain backup software of the machines

Team Size: 20 Employees
Experience:15 years in Maintenance at least 5 years in Beverage Plant
Knowledge Skills & Behavior:
- Knowledge of machines related to Food Beverage & juices plant
- People Management

Incharge of annual maintenance/ breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting for 11 Beverage lines - CSD/ Water/ Juice/ Can 15 Plastics & Packaging Machines - Preforms Caps Label Shrink film Stretch film. Support for new Projects. Knowledge of machines related to Food Beverage & juices plant People Management
