The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the hotels sales operations by ensuring smooth coordination between the hotel and the central Sales Office located at Tirana. The role requires a strong on-site presence at the hotel to assist with client requests internal coordination and operational support for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main liaison between the hotel and the Head Quarters Sales Office.
Coordinate daily sales activities and ensure smooth communication between departments.
Support the Sales Managers in handling client inquiries bookings and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of sales leads contracts and client communications.
Assist in preparing sales reports presentations and proposals.
Ensure all client requests are handled promptly and professionally.
Coordinate site inspections group bookings and event requirements with relevant hotel departments.
Monitor and update CRM or sales systems with relevant information.
Provide on-site support during VIP visits events and major group arrivals.
Ensure alignment between hotel operations and central sales strategies.
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or hospitality (preferably in a hotel environment).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate between multiple departments.
Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Good knowledge of hotel operations and sales processes.
Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset.
Work Arrangement:
Full-time on-site position at the hotel.
Regular coordination with the Head Quarters Sales Office.
