IT Operations Specialist

We are a global digital marketing company with approximately 250 employees looking for an IT Operations Specialist to join our IT team.

This is a hands-on operational role for someone with strong technical aptitude attention to detail and the ability to quickly understand new systems and concepts. Previous hands-on IT experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with technology enjoys investigating how things work and can learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile IT asset inventory across and other systems.
• Compare data between systems and identify missing outdated or inconsistent records.
• Investigate operational issues such as inactive or offline devices and understand the reason behind them.
• Track software licenses usage and costs and identify unnecessary or unexpected spending.
• Monitor usage of SaaS and AI platforms and follow up on unusual or additional usage.
• Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Perform manual or automated data comparisons using spreadsheets scripts or other tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve repetitive IT processes through automation and AI.

• 2 years of experience in a corporate or business environment working with systems processes or operational tasks.
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with different systems and tools.
• Ability to quickly understand new technical concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good spreadsheet skills and confidence working with data.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and follow them through to resolution.
• Independent curious and proactive approach to work.
• Good English communication skills.

• Previous experience in IT support IT operations or a similar technical environment.
