Back Office Operations Specialist – French

As a Back Office Operations French you will support the Account Management team and help ensure a smooth and efficient after-sales process. You will communicate directly with our B2B merchants understand their needs and provide solutions with a primary focus on payment-related matters.

Main Duties:

• Support the Account Management team with administrative and operational tasks mainly related to debt collection.
• Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls with customers and merchants with no sales or acquisition involved.
• Understand customers needs clarify information investigate issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Contact merchants to remind them of payment terms and follow up on outstanding payments when needed.
• Keep customers informed and ensure their requests are handled in a timely manner.
• Create and update instructions and guidelines for different processes.
• Work closely with internal teams in an international environment to ensure a smooth after-sales experience.

Qualifications :

Requirements: 

• Experience is not necessarily required.
• You are comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and enjoy helping them find solutions.
• Fluent in French and English both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel.
• You work accurately efficiently and can manage multiple tasks at the same time.
• You are able to work independently and structure your workload effectively.
• You have a process-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional information

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Group Rruga e Kavajes Tirane and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
