ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking for a Senior HSE Officer who will be responsible in leading HSE and process safety activities including risk analysis HAZOP HAZID QRA MOC PTW and contractor HSE performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor HSE and process safety activities.
- Review project specifications and deliverables for HSE compliance.
- Conduct risk analysis HAZOP HAZID What-if studies and participate in QRA.
- Review MOC for process equipment and chemical changes.
- Provide technical safety guidance for critical construction and operational activities.
- Promote process safety culture and ensure closure of HSE recommendations.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferably Chemical Engineering.
- NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
- CSP certification is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years experience in petrochemical / oil & gas industry.
- Minimum 8 years experience in process safety.
- Strong knowledge of HAZOP HAZID QRA MOC PTW JSA and process safety management.
- Fluent in English.
Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferably Chemical Engineering. NEBOSH certification is mandatory. CSP certification is preferred. Minimum 15 years experience in petrochemical / oil & gas industry. Minimum 8 years experience in process safety. Strong knowledge of HAZOP HAZID QRA MOC PTW JSA and process safety management. Fluent in English.
