EY Tunisia hosts a strong Transaction & Corporate Finance (TCF) team actively involved in M&A and Corporate transactions across Africa Europe and the Middle East.
We are hiring Junior Consultants to join our M&A-focused TCF team supporting clients on acquisitions disposals strategic transactions and investment decisions.
What We Look For:
- Strong academic background in accounting or audit (CES Révision Comptable Master CCA ACCA or equivalent)
- 02 years of experience in Transaction Services M&A Corporate Finance or Financial Audit
- Solid financial analysis and modeling skills
- Strong interest in M&A corporate transactions and deal execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory
- Proactive mindset strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced deal-driven environment
Your Role:
As a Junior Consultant you will be involved in all stages of M&A transactions including:
- Supporting buy-side and sell-side M&A engagements
- Performing financial analysis of targets including historical performance and key value drivers
- Participating in due diligence processes and transaction-related analyses
- Contributing to financial modeling (business plans valuations scenario analyses)
- Assisting in the preparation of valuation analyses (DCF multiples transaction benchmarks)
- Preparing investment memoranda pitch decks and client presentations
- Working closely with senior team members and international EY teams
