Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Expansion Manager to lead and manage the geographical and operational growth of a large-scale Womens Housing Project. The role focuses on developing expansion strategies securing investment opportunities managing approvals and driving project execution from concept to operational launch.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual and long-term expansion strategies (local & international)
Research markets to identify investment opportunities and assess project feasibility
Lead negotiations with owners developers investors and strategic partners
Coordinate with government authorities and municipalities for required licenses and approvals
Oversee financial and technical feasibility studies for new expansion locations
Build and manage strong relationships with banks investors and real estate developers
Monitor new projects through to operational launch ensuring quality and compliance
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
Lead and manage a specialized expansion team to ensure timely and effective execution

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Property Management or related field (Masters preferred)
10 years of experience in hospitality accommodation services real estate expansion or project development
Proven track record in investor negotiations and relationship management
Strong understanding of Saudi real estate and investment regulations
Ability to prepare and analyze feasibility studies and financial reports
Proficiency in project management tools and analytical software
