ملخص الوظيفة

The Business Development Manager will be a dedicated resource for our KSA operations. This role involves working closely with the leads for Real Estate Infrastructure and Energy & Natural Resources and other internal stakeholders to drive business growth and expand market opportunities in Saudi Arabia.

The primary objective is to develop strategic relationships engage with senior-level stakeholders and secure new business opportunities that align with our regional growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new connections with potential clients across relevant sectors.
  • Business Development Strategy & Pipeline Management:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company objectives.
    • Advise on innovative approaches and value propositions to enhance competitiveness.
    • Work with leadership to monitor and manage the opportunity pipeline ensuring proactive focus on priority areas.
  • Bid & Proposal Support:
    • Collaborate with bid teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
    • Provide insights on client needs and market trends to strengthen bid strategies.
    • Review and refine draft bids to ensure clarity accuracy and alignment with client expectations.

 


Qualifications :

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development within professional services ideally in the built environment sector.
  • Relevant degree in Business Administration Engineering or related field.

 


Additional Information :

  • Based in Riyadh with occasional travel across the region.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong ability to build trust and rapport with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English both written and verbal.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and challenge ideas constructively.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
