ملخص الوظيفة

  1. Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth

    1. Develop and implement the Publishers digital media commercial strategy to achieve revenue targets and profitability.

    2. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in local and Regional markets (GCC).

    3. Drive upselling and cross-selling strategies across client portfolios to grow account revenues.

    4. Lead pricing strategy development for media services ensuring competitive positioning and margin optimization.

  2. Client Relationship Management

    1. Act as the primary commercial liaison for key clients building and maintaining long-term partnerships.

    2. Oversee negotiation of media contracts partnerships and service agreements with clients and suppliers.

    3. Build and manage Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) with key clients ensuring mutually beneficial strategic partnerships that provide consistent revenue streams.

    4. Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction translating into account retention and growth.

    5. Provide clients with Post Campaign reports & data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  3. Media Planning & Operations

    1. Oversee the commercial performance of paid media campaigns across all major digital platforms (Google Meta TikTok Programmatic etc.).

    2. Collaborate with internal teams (Media Planners Buyers Account Managers Content Writer Video Editors & Graphic Designers) to ensure media strategies align with client objectives.

    3. Analyze market trends audience behavior and platform updates to inform go-to-market and media investment strategies.

  4. Team Leadership & Development

    1. Lead and mentor a team of Commercial Executives and Account Managers fostering a high-performance culture.

    2. Provide training and development on commercial best practices client negotiation and media monetization.

    3. Align team efforts with agency growth objectives and KPIs.

  5. Reporting & Analytics

    1. Utilize CRM tools to document and track all stages of the client acquisition process from initial pitching and proposal submission for prospective clients to deal closure.

    2. Monitor and report on commercial performance revenue forecasts and profitability to senior management.

    3. Develop and present business reviews and ROI reports for key accounts.

    4. Use data analytics tools and dashboards to inform commercial decisions and drive optimization.

  6. Innovation & Industry Trends

    1. Stay ahead of digital media trends platform changes and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

    2. Introduce innovative commercial models including performance-based pricing and value-added services.

    3. Represent the agency at industry events pitches and conferences showcasing thought leadership in digital media.


Requirements

  1. Personal Traits & Skills

    1. Strong understanding of digital media buying performance marketing and programmatic advertising.

    2. Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

    3. Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.

    4. Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

    5. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  2. Academic & Certifications

    1. Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Media or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  3. Professional Experience

    1. Minimum 57 years of experience in a digital media agency commercial role with a proven track record of revenue growth.

    2. Experience managing client portfolios with multi-million-dollar media budgets.

    3. Proven expertise in Regional markets (GCC) is a plus.

Required Skills:

13 years of experience in digital media lifestyle journalism or content creation. Excellent writing and translation skills in Arabic and English. Proficient in Canva or similar design tools for lightweight mobilefirst visuals. Confident filming and editing short vertical videos on a mobile phone. Knowledge of social media publishing (Instagram TikTok X Facebook YouTube). Strong awareness of current events local culture and lifestyle trends in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia. Ability to craft catchy captions hashtags and tone for different platforms. Comfortable appearing or presenting on camera for Reels or short video segments. Curious adaptable organized and a collaborative team player. PEOPLE Collaborate closely with editorial video and social teams within the Riyadh office. Contribute fresh story ideas during editorial meetings and planning sessions. Maintain a positive solutionoriented attitude in a fastpaced environment. Represent Augustus Medias tone and culture on every platform and at every event. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Develop stronger writing storytelling and shortform video production skills.
