Draft review and manage supplier and service contracts.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Lead commercial negotiations with vendors suppliers and service providers.
Evaluate and mitigate commercial risks effectively.
Track contract performance compliance and renewals.
Maintain and update the contract database with version and access controls.
Coordinate with legal teams on disputes variations and claims.
Review and advise on contract terms during tendering and RFP stages.
Standardize contract templates and develop contracting tools.
Provide training to procurement teams on contract management and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Law Supply Chain or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in contract management or procurement preferably within construction manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and commercial contract law.
Excellent negotiation drafting and risk assessment skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
