ملخص الوظيفة

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team in AlUla Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our executive team you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of our luxury hotel ensuring compliance profitability and financial integrity.

Develop and implement strategic financial plans annual budgets and long-term forecasts
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability
Oversee all accounting functions including AP AR GL credit audit and reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies internal controls local regulations and international accounting standards
Develop and implement robust financial control systems and procedures
Act as the primary liaison with hotel ownership auditors banks legal advisors and tax authorities
Monitor and manage hotel cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability
Lead mentor and develop the Finance & Accounting team
Collaborate with all departments to support budgeting forecasting and business analysis
Evaluate and monitor capital investments (CAPEX) and ensure expected ROI is achieved
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements across departments

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent; professional accounting or finance designation preferred
5-10 years of experience in hotel accounting or audit with at least two years in a Financial Controller or similar supervisory role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and numerical skills including a solid understanding of financial valuation methodology
In-depth knowledge of hotel accounting management duties and luxury hospitality financial operations
Familiarity with Saudi Arabian financial regulations and reporting standards
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong leadership and team management skills
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills would be advantageous
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to work under pressure
Willingness to relocate to AlUla Saudi Arabia
preferably with previous experience with Accor & resort experience
