Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients to introduce Infosys offerings
Collect and qualify lead information for followup by senior sales professionals
Maintain and update lead databases using CRM platforms
Support email campaigns followup activities and appointment scheduling
Provide feedback on client interactions to improve outreach strategies
Learn about Infosys solutions industry trends and client engagement models
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field
Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence
Good interpersonal skills and a clientoriented mindset
Basic understanding of IT services and business solutions
Ability to work independently with attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
