    Answer customer inquiries about products orders and support
       Manage and log calls in CRM systems
       Direct clients to relevant departments when needed
       Handle complaints with professionalism and empathy
       Provide followup and ensure satisfaction

Qualifications :

   Clear communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
       Professional phone etiquette and listening skills
       Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
       Customer service mindset
       Computer literacy (CRM systems Microsoft Office)
