We are seeking a competent Facility Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of our building systems and infrastructure.
Job PurposeThe purpose of the Facility Engineer role is to manage and oversee the mechanical electrical and plumbing systems and to lead facility projects. This role is crucial for ensuring that our facilities comply with both safety and environmental regulations thereby creating a safe efficient and sustainable environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of building systems and infrastructure.
- Oversee mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.
- Manage facility projects effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Demonstrate strong technical expertise problem-solving abilities and project management skills.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in efficient operation and maintenance of building systems.
- Ability to oversee mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.
- Experience in managing various facility projects.
- In-depth knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- Technical expertise in engineering principles.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and contractors.
