Role Overview
The Company Secretary will be a senior governance professional responsible for ensuring the organization strictly complies with legal regulatory and internal governance requirements. They will support the board executives and shareholders through effective compliance board administration and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration Finance or a related field.
