We are seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented Events Executive to join our dynamic team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As an Events Executive you will play a crucial role in planning organizing and executing a wide range of corporate and social events ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and memorable experiences for our clients.

  • Manage the entire event planning process from initial client consultation to postevent evaluation
  • Develop creative and innovative event concepts that align with client objectives and budget constraints
  • Coordinate with vendors suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless event
  • Handle event inquiries promptly and professionally providing the highest level of customer service
  • Conduct site inspections and client meetings to understand event requirements and showcase venue capabilities
  • Create and manage event budgets timelines and logistics plans
  • Oversee onsite event operations ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently
  • Generate postevent reports and analyze feedback to continuously improve event offerings
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and retain existing clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance event planning and strategies

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality or a related field
  • Proven experience in event planning and management preferably in upscale or lifestyle venues
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocused approach
  • Proficiency in event management software including Microsoft Office Opera Delphi and Cvent
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
  • Flexible schedule including the ability to work evenings and weekends as required
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Knowledge of event planning best practices and industry trends
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with local regulations and cultural considerations for events in Jeddah Saudi Arabia (preferred)
