Job Title: Materno-Fetal Medicine Consultant
Department: Obstetrics and Gynecology
SHORT DESCRIPTION
An Excellent opportunity to join as Fetal Medicine Consultant for one of the most prestigious and top-tier leading Hospital in Al-Qassim Saudi Arabia.
JOB SUMMARY
As Maternal-fetal Medicine you would play a pivotal role in conducting comprehensive assessments of high-risk pregnancies and complex fetal conditions utilizing advanced imaging techniques and diagnostic tools to provide accurate evaluations and treatment plans and collaborating closely with obstetricians neonatologists and other specialists to develop multidisciplinary care plans that optimize maternal and fetal outcomes.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides high-quality maternal-fetal care to patients in this area of medicine.
- Provide consultative service as requested.
- Supervise fellows staff/assistant physicians and residents.
- Actively participates in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in his area of expertise and participates in research activities.
- Participates in committees and other administrative functions as needed.
- Performs special procedures as privileged.
- Follows all hospital-related policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
- Completion of required period of training in feto-maternal medicine
- American Board/MRCPCH-Irish UK Canadian Australian & New Zealand/DES/CIS/ Diplome di Medico Specialist Italy / SCR Holland/Swedish Board/German Fachartz/Austrian Fachartz/CCST UK/Saudi Board/Arab Board & sub board/ Fellowship
- Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required
- A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.
- Dataflow is a must.
Professional Experience
- Min. 3-4 years Post Board/Fellowship in feto-maternal speciality.
- A registered member of the Saudi Board Council
Language
- Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
