Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the design fabrication assembly and testing of analyzer houses cabinets and sample conditioning systems.
Manage a team of integration technicians assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure project schedules are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical instrumentation automation) to ensure interface compatibility and project alignment.
Coordinate with vendors for technical reviews FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) and installation support.
Troubleshoot system integration issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain documentation including wiring diagrams loop drawings instrument datasheets and test protocols.
Train junior team members and provide technical guidance throughout project execution.
Qualifications:
Experience:
25 years of experience in analyzer systems and integration with at least 10 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Hands-on experience with process analyzers (GCs O2 analyzers IR/UV pH moisture etc.) and sample handling systems.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of process instrumentation and analyzer technologies.
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs wiring diagrams and loop drawings.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with hazardous area classifications (ATEX IECEx NEC).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with EPC or brownfield/greenfield project environments.
Working Conditions:
Office and field work including visits to fabrication facilities testing centers and customer sites.
May involve occasional travel and extended hours during critical project phase
