Job Title: Head of Marketing
Location: Riyadh KSA
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy tailored to the Kingdom aligned with business goals and regional direction.
- Collaborate with business unit heads and vendors to prioritize campaigns and marketing investments.
- Monitor budgets performance and ROI across all programs.
Partner & Channel Marketing
- Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with key technology vendors and channel partners.
- Support channel development through enablement programs training sessions and incentive structures.
- Work closely with sales teams to drive partner engagement and revenue growth.
Demand Generation
- Conceptualize and roll out campaigns targeting end customers across SMB mid-market enterprise and public sector segments.
- Drive leads pipeline growth and partner-sourced opportunities.
- Leverage events webinars workshops and account-based marketing tactics.
Events & Brand Activation
- Lead our Brand participation in strategic events and local roadshows.
- Design memorable brand activations that reflect the Companys leadership in technology enablement.
- Work with vendors to amplify their presence in KSA through physical and digital experiences.
PR & Local Positioning
- Manage media relations and drive Companys visibility in the Saudi market through PR outreach and strategic communications.
- Develop locally relevant narratives and thought leadership content in coordination with regional brand teams.
- Ensure our Brand is positioned as a trusted advisor and strategic partner across industries and audiences.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead a local marketing team and collaborate cross-functionally with sales product and regional marketing counterparts.
- Foster a culture of creativity agility and performance.
- Represent KSA marketing priorities in regional forums and contribute to long-term planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8 12 years of progressive experience in B2B or channel marketing preferably in IT distribution technology vendors or large partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi business landscape and established relationships within the local tech and media communities.
- Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel marketing programs with measurable impact.
- Excellent project management communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Fluency in Arabic & English is essential
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field; MBA is a plus.
