الوصف الوظيفي
Develop creative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
Create high-quality 3D models renderings and walkthroughs for residential commercial or exhibition spaces.
Prepare mood boards material selections and color palettes.
Produce detailed technical drawings and layouts for execution.
Collaborate with architects engineers and other team members to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
Participate in client meetings and communicate design ideas effectively.
Stay up-to-date with interior design trends materials and technologies.
Revise designs and 3D models based on feedback from clients or management.
Ensure all designs follow applicable codes regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree or diploma in Interior Design Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 1 3 years of experience in interior design and 3D modeling.
Strong portfolio showcasing interior projects and 3D visualizations.
Proficiency in design and visualization software such as:
o AutoCAD / SketchUp / 3ds Max / V-Ray / Lumion / Revit
o Photoshop / Illustrator (for presentation and post-processing)
Knowledge of materials furniture sourcing and construction detailing.
Experience with rendering engines (V-Ray Corona Lumion Enscape etc.)
