* Develop and implement comprehensive mobilization plans for new projects outlining key milestones timelines and resource allocation.
* Coordinate with project teams procurement HR legal and other relevant departments to ensure seamless mobilization activities.
* Manage the procurement and allocation of necessary resources including equipment personnel and materials within budget constraints.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during the mobilization process.
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in relevant field such as business Administration or Project Management.
* Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management and Contract Administration including mobilizing and managing contracts coordinating resources and ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
* Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
