Exciting Opportunity: HR Data & Systems Analyst

Join us as an HR Data & Systems Analyst and play a crucial role in driving HR operations through expert data analysis system management and
insightful reporting.
What You ll Do:
- Collect clean and organize HR data from multiple sources to support business decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
- Ensure data quality by implementing monitoring procedures and feedback loops.
- Provide training and support to HR users identifying opportunities to optimize processes.
- Work closely with global HR teams on strategic projects including compensation and performance management.

Requirements :
What We re Looking For:
- Bachelor s degree in HR IT Business or related field.
- 2-3 years experience in HR systems IT or project management within global HR environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes analytics and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
