Once you surpass your target the commission will be calculated from 0 SAR. (Target is set at a very achievable 3 x salary in GP per month)

What theyare Looking For:

  • Proven Freight Forwarding Sales Expertise 5 years of experience in KSA within multimodal forwarding sales.
  • General Cargo Focus we want to expand in general cargo and so will be interested in candidates with a mixed portfolio; especially if youre working with local Saudi companies. (ie new EPCs).
  • Industry Knowledge Experience in airfreight seafreight (FCL / LCL / RoRo / Break Bulk) land transport and ideally exposure in/ with oil & gas industrial projects. Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
  • Client Network Strong relationships with local companies. Experienced in Cold calling quoting and closing new business and maintaining a healthy pipeline of customers/ accounts
  • Business Development - Generate new leads identify and contact decision-makers screen potential business opportunities and select the deals in line with company strategies.
  • Excellent Communication Fluent English is required (Arabic is a plus but not mandatory). Maintain and share professional knowledge through education networking events and presentations developing new ideas/ strategies.

  • Ability to analyse and manage Clients on gross margin volume and profitability. Handling any complaints and ensuring payments are made on time.
  • Pricing - Procure buying rates and negotiating the most commercially beneficial rates with subcons agents carriers etc. to maximise the companys profits.
  • Experience Leading RFQ / bids and negotiations with clients with a strong commercial sense and customer focus. Manage proposal response process including detailed RFP requirements content creation and inputs -from various sources
  • Strategy - Develop and implement outbound sales and business development strategy sales processes structure and best practices across the company. Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities/leads via inbound and outbound marketing efforts.
