الوصف الوظيفي
Ability to produce high quality renders/visuals to support submittals and give the client a better understanding of how the project will look.
Ability to create hand drawn sketches or design ideas into realistic 3D visuals.
Ability to produce 3D animations/walkthroughs as and when required.
Attend regular design team meetings.
Attend client and site meetings when required.
Report daily to the Lead Architect on progress.
Collaborate with the rest of the design as and when required.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of related work experience and previous Middle East design experience is required.
Good working knowledge of the Architectural & Design industry.
Exhibit drive attitude and enthusiasm.
High level of computer literacy.
Software Skills: Sketchup Lumion Vray Photoshop AutoCAD Revit Blender Adobe after affects Adobe premier 3D Studio Max.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships and working relations with people in a multicultural multiethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
Good basic understanding of Construction Law.
Good knowledge of design processes and systems.
Clear verbal communication skills.
Be selfmotivated in attaining position objectives and in seeking new responsibilities and challenges.
