الوصف الوظيفي
As an Accountant at Easygenerator you will ensure accurate and timely financial operations across multiple entities. Youll be responsible for managing subscriptions intercompany transactions deferments and reconciliations as well as supporting monthend reporting and audits. With your analytical mindset and strong technical skills youll contribute to process improvements and the scalability of our finance operations.
What youll be doing:
- Manage daytoday accounting including journal entries AP AR and bank reconciliations for multiple companies
- Ability to analyze P&L Balance Sheet and produce financial reports for month end reporting
- Handle purchase and sales deferments intercompany billing and subscription schedules
- Knowledge of transfer pricing requirements VAT Return filings and Group accounting
- Maintain and reconcile accounting schedules (prepayments accruals deferrals)
- Perform monthly close activities and support audits and compliance
- Work with large datasets and use advanced Excel formulas for financial analysis
- Identify process gaps and implement automation or controls to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize Stripe for payment reconciliations and tracking
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (ACCA or CPA is a plus)
- 34 years of accounting experience preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred) and Stripe
- Strong grasp of subscriptionbased revenue models and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUP IF statements etc.)
- Detailoriented analytical and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
- Knowledge understanding and ability to analyze and apply in practice accounting tax and personnelrelated laws and regulations;
- Skills in processing agreements with contractors in order to make them compliant with companys interests
