About this job:
QSourcing Tanzania Limited is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania Uganda Kenya Rwanda and South Sudan.
On behalf of our Tanzania based client we are looking for a competent and experienced QC Inspector
POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION:
Job Location: Bagamoyo Kerege
ABOUT THE ROLE
The QC Inspector is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of vehicles through inspection processes including Incoming Material Inspection InProcess Inspection and Final Vehicle Inspection (PreDelivery Inspection PDI). The role involves defect analysis documentation and adherence to automotive standards contributing to highquality vehicle production and delivery.

Requirements
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Vehicle Road Tester:
Must be able to drive trucks with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of vehicle systems (mechanical electrical body chassis).
Process Knowledge:
Basic understanding of automotive assembly processes.
Technical Skills:
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Quality Tools:
Familiarity with quality tools such as 5S 7QC tools Pareto Analysis and Fishbone Diagrams.
Attention to Detail:
High attention to detail and consistency in inspections.
ProblemSolving Skills:
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities capable of working under pressure.
Education:
Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering Quality Management or related field.
Certification:
VETAcertified in Automotive Mechanics or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferably automotive.
ISO Knowledge:
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems is a plus.
ADDED ADVANTAGE:
Proficiency in Swahili and English both written and verbal.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating Bunching 630, Lead Machine, Mica Tapping, and Pairing machines. Understanding of cable insulation, wiring, and electrical standards. Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance knowledge. Soft Skills: Attention to detail and quality control. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
