Define and implement the overall vision strategy and roadmap for the PMO function.
Establish and enforce project governance frameworks methodologies standards and best practices across all projects.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align project portfolios with business strategy and goals.
Team Management
Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team of Project Managers and Business Analysts.
Define roles set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to drive accountability and career development.
Foster a culture of collaboration ownership and continuous learning across the PMO.
Project Delivery Oversight
Oversee endtoend project delivery ensuring quality timeliness and budget alignment.
Monitor project health risks and progress through KPIs and dashboards.
Intervene in critical projects where executive support is required to unblock progress or reset direction.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Act as a key liaison between project teams business stakeholders and executive leadership.
Facilitate decisionmaking escalation management and expectation alignment across departments.
Provide regular portfolio updates and risk assessments to leadership and key stakeholders.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery resource allocation and team productivity.
Drive the adoption of tools and systems that increase transparency and collaboration.
Lead retrospectives and promote a culture of feedback and process excellence.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
10 years of experience in project and program management with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing crossfunctional teams.
Proven experience leading both Project Management and Business Analysis functions.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall Hybrid).
Experience in managing complex largescale technology and digital transformation projects.
Exceptional leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira MS Project Asana ).
PMP PRINCE2 or similar certification is a strong advantage.
