Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience:8 years of experience in a creative leadership role within an agency or inhouse creative team.Proven experience leading creative projects from concept to completion.
- Education:Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts Marketing Communications or a related field.
Skills:
Strong conceptual thinking with a strategic approach to creative problemsolving.
Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects etc..
Solid understanding of brand development digital media and integrated marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with AI creative tools and emerging digital technologies.
Exceptional leadership team management and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
