Job Description

Support the Creative Director in developing innovative concepts and strategies.

Lead and inspire the creative team from concept to final .

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines client goals and marketing objectives.

Promote a culture of creative excellence accountability and innovation.

Stay updated on design trends AI tools and emerging technologies in the creative industry.

Work with account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.

Conduct performance evaluations set goals and foster professional growth within the team.

Assist in training new employees on creative responsibilities and agency procedures.

Collaborate with upper management to develop longterm strategic growth plans for the creative team.

Requirements

Requirements:

Experience:
8 years of experience in a creative leadership role within an agency or inhouse creative team.
Proven experience leading creative projects from concept to completion.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts Marketing Communications or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong conceptual thinking with a strategic approach to creative problemsolving.
- Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects etc..
- Solid understanding of brand development digital media and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools and emerging digital technologies.
- Exceptional leadership team management and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
