Overview of the job
You will act as a P&G Senior Sales Manager you will need to be highly motivated focused and very comfortable drawing insights from data. You should have the capability to lead change develop people and organizations and tackle complex problems by thinking critically. While we invest heavily in improving these skills in you it helps to show that you already have the skills.

This role reports to Sales Director You will be part of a multifaceted and team with varied strengths where you will be able to supply and act as a true leader of change and impact.
Responsibilities:

Set vision strategies and direction to implement product & commercial innovations.
Drive growth in sales share and return on investment.
Ensure strategies are consistent with the companys stewardship guidelines.
Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new department and category insights.
Develop plans to win with customers & channels making every store a growth engine for our brands.
Be the voice of the customer to our company & business categories. Lead daily & monthly planning to deliver sales goals.
Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts in a positive way.
Leverage consumer insights and partner with customers to input into the development of a joint business plan.
Improve our selling advantage by driving customer category growth and giving to their category strategies.
Enable Sales teams with company perspective on gotomarket strategy and sales innovation.
Responsible for sales policy and governance within a market/region.
Job Qualifications
Bachelors or masters degree in management/engineering or similar.
Around 5 to 10 years of Sales experience
Business Analytical Skills ability to analyze data and prepare vital reports
Key Accounts Management
Financial Competence in terms of (Reconciliation Accruals Collection)
Good Interpersonal Skills
FMCG Experience working with TOP Key Accounts preferred
